eDELIVERY TUTORIAL

CUSTOMER VIEW.

This tutorial will show the eDelivery process from the customer's point of view.

Use ↓ key or the wheel of the mouse to see more.

EMAIL.

Customers will receive an email notifying them that their policy is ready for review.

ACCESS CODE.

Before viewing the policy, the customer will need to enter an access code. This is a combination of the first 5 letters of his/her last name and the last 4 of his/her SSN. Examples are detailed in the notification email the customer receives.

DOCUMENTS TO SIGN.

Documents requiring a signature will be detailed on the initial screen and an option to decline signing will be given if desired.

VIEWING THE POLICY.

The customer will be given a view of each page of his/her contract.

DECLINE TO SIGN.

If the customer chooses to decline to sign, he/she can provide a reason which we will evaluate and take action if needed.

ADOPT SIGNATURE.

The customer will be asked to adopt the visual look of his/her signature.

SIGNING.

After adopting a signature, the chosen graphic will be used for each signature block after the customer clicks to sign.

DOWNLOAD DOCUMENTS.

At any point before or after signing, the customer can download or print all documents.

INSTRUCTIONS.

The second page of the contract will detail instructions outlining which delivery requirements have been included.

CONFIRM SIGNING.

After all fields are complete, the customer will be given the choice to "confirm signing" which will mark the documents as complete.

SAVE DOCUMENTS.

After the customer confirms their signature, he/she will be given an opportunity to create an account with Docusign to store policy documents. This is not mandatory, customers can also download or print the signed documents from this screen.
