As we work toward incorporating our new brand identity in everything we do you will hear and see us identify ourselves as Legal & General America. However, the insurance company names and span remain unchanged. In New York, we will write all new policies with William Penn. In all other states new business goes to Banner. Of course, all in-force business stays exactly where it is.
